Working Week: 16 hours (2 days overnight)
We are looking for a talented Night Baker to join our friendly team at our flagship store in Newcastle.
From Stotties and scones for our restaurants to loaves of sourdough and focaccia for our food hall, our dedicated team of bakers work through the early hours to create and bake magical goods for our store’s restaurants.

What do we look for?
- Previous experience in bakery production is essential.
- You will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
- Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
- Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
- Able to work throughout the night to ensure our baked goods are fresh for the following day.
