As our Local Marketing Coordinator for Fenwick Newcastle, you’ll assist in planning and delivering engaging marketing activity that enhances customer experience and drives store performance. Supporting the wider Brand & Marketing team, you’ll coordinate seasonal campaigns, local events, and in-store activations that bring the Fenwick brand to life for our customers. From Valentine’s Day to Beauty Week, you’ll own the execution of key calendar moments with impact, creativity, and commercial focus.
You’ll collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders—across Buying & Merchandising, Creative, Retail and more—to ensure campaigns are aligned, on-brand and on time. You’ll also support content creation, liaise with brand partners and brief the in-house design team on POS and social content needs. Monitoring campaign results and managing budgets will be key to ensuring activity remains insight-led, efficient and effective.

What we are looking for in a candidate…
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a goal-oriented attitude.
- A solid understanding of the marketing mix and consumer behaviour to shape effective marketing strategies.
- A creative thinker always looking for opportunities to communicate the brand story in a compelling way.
- Proven ability to interpret and analyse quantitative data, including KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Experience conducting market research and gathering consumer insights.
- Ability to contribute to strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Experience in organising promotional events and coordinating with teams to develop marketing materials.
