About the opportunity
Our Line Chef teams support the production of high-quality food, a la carte style using knowledge of current food and hospitality trends to drive sales, whilst contributing to a fantastic customer experience.
Please note this is a fixed term 3 month contract.

A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food - essential.
Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
