About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retention Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team, with a focus on email, SMS and Loyalty campaigns. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, personalised communications that strengthen customer relationships, boost loyalty, and drive repeat purchases. Working across CRM channels, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns that contribute directly to Fenwick’s growth and long-term customer engagement.

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns — from content creation and audience segmentation to testing, deployment, and performance tracking. You’ll also support the development and optimisation of automated customer journeys, ensuring that every campaign is relevant, targeted, and aligned with the MyFenwick Loyalty Programme. Using customer data and insights, you’ll make recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, and retention, while staying on top of best practices, compliance, and emerging trends in CRM marketing.

This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with hands-on experience using tools like Klaviyo, and a passion for creating campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll need strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity and commercial thinking go hand-in-hand. If you’re excited by the chance to shape how Fenwick connects with customers, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What we are looking for in a candidate…

  • Quick learner and self-starter.
  • Klaviyo experience.
  • 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Loves to build on strong foundations to deliver.
