Then we have a fantastic opportunity as a Sous Chef in our brand new hospitality offering in Newcastle, Fred's!
Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance. From writing and costing menus, to managing a warm and friendly team, we want our Sous Chefs to be able to run the kitchen in the absence of our Head Chefs to give our customers the best level of service and consistency.
We also have a 3 month fixed-term opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our team in Restaurant Hjem!
Advertised hourly rate is £12.15 - added service charge (tronc) brings this to a potential gross annual earning of approximately £34,000.
