We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Fenwick! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns, brand strategies, and category initiatives that drive growth and enhance our market presence. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our customer messaging is consistent, resonates with our target audience, and aligns with our company's values and objectives.

We offer a salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that align with organisational goals and develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to shape and craft our brand as we move forward.

 

  • In this role you will own and drive campaign development by overseeing the end-to end development of marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution. You will ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and effectively communicate key value propositions.

 

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, making strategic decision to allocate resources for maximum impact and monitor campaign performance against budgetary goals.

 

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with brands for revenue generation opportunities by collaborating with them to execute marketing plans on their behalf, ensuring mutual success and strong brand representation.

 

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer behaviours and utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt plans based on market dynamics.

 

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

 

About You

You are an experienced marketing planning professional with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. With a strategic mindset, you align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives and have a strong background in creating and implementing integrated marketing plans.

You thrive on collaboration and possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively across teams and departments. You excel at translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies.

With strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you are adept at interpreting data and insights to inform marketing decisions. You have experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring a team, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting team members' career growth.
