What we are looking for in a candidate…
- A Proven Track Record of working in retail at Supervisory and/or Management Level.
- Strong interest in Fashion Retail and Commercial Awareness.
- A natural leader and role model who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Innate attention to detail and the ability to make commercial decisions.
- An experienced professional who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient.
- Current and relevant product knowledge and market awareness.
- Experience in managing a large team.
