Is it right for me?
If you are warm and welcoming and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, then we are off to a good start. Previous experience in a pastry role within hospitality is essential, and previous experience in large volume production is preferable but not essential. You do need to passionate about food with an aptitude for learning. You will be aware of new food trends and will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
