Are you a currently a pastry chef at a large restaurant who is tired of being the last one out? Do you have experience in the banqueting or afternoon tea kitchens in both restaurants and large volume productions? Are you keen to build your career with us, working a 40-hour working week producing fine patisserie?


If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, in the role for experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our production team base within our newly renovated high spec pastry production kitchen in Kingston.

Is it right for me?

If you are warm and welcoming and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, then we are off to a good start. Previous experience in a pastry role within hospitality is essential, and previous experience in large volume production is preferable but not essential. You do need to passionate about food with an aptitude for learning. You will be aware of new food trends and will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
