We are excited to announce that we have a rare 3 month fixed-term opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join a brand-new temporary offering in our flagship Newcastle store!

 

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work with a local Michelin starred chef and full menu training will be provided. Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a much sought after work-life balance.

 

Advertised hourly rate is not inclusive of a variable service charge allocation.

 

Working hours: 40 hours per week

What do we look for?

 

  • Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis or Demi Chef is preferable.
  • Passionate about food with an aptitude for learning.
  • Awareness of new food trends and will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
  • An understanding of seasonality and provenance of ingredients.
  • Experience in cooking commercially with fresh ingredients.
